Are your products unstitched or ready-to-wear?

Most of our products are sold as unstitched fabric suits (3-piece or 2-piece sets), clearly labeled in the product title and description. We also occasionally feature a limited collection of ready-to-wear items.

Do you offer stitching/tailoring services?

Yes, we offer an optional Stitching Service for a charge of PKR 1500 per suit. This fee will be automatically calculated based on the quantity of suits in your order. You can opt-in for this service directly on the product page.

Is the product picture 100% accurate?

We strive for high accuracy. However, due to professional photography and device screen color settings, the actual fabric color may vary slightly from what appears online. We guarantee the design and fabric quality will be as described.

What are your shipping charges?

We offer FREE Shipping All Over Pakistan on all orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For unstitched orders, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after placing the order. If you select the optional stitching service, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for tailoring and quality checks.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, as well as bank transfers and online payments via secure gateways (if applicable).

What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?

Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a prompt return and replacement at no extra cost to you.
